What service do you provide exactly?At Trash Made Easy we offer valet curbside trash bin pickup and drop-off so that you don't have to worry about it. We also provide one free trash bin cleaning per month for customers who sign up with Auto Pay.
What payments do you accept?
We take American Express, Visa, Diners, Discover, MasterCard, as well as Checks & Money Orders.
What is auto-pay?
Auto-pay is an option we provide so that you can avoid a possible disruption to your service. It's a hassle free solution and canceling is only one phone call away.
What is the trash bin cleaning service?
As well as the Valet Curbside service we also have specialized tools to clean your trash bin to eliminate odors and keep your bin clean.
How do I receive a free trash bin cleaning?
When you sign up for auto-pay or prepay for our 6 or 12 month you receive one free trash bin cleaning per month.
What if I don't sign up for auto-pay or want more than one trash bin cleaned in a month?
In this case we do provide cleaning to your trash bin for a charge of $5 per bin

Sure we do charge $15 for roundtrip service for a one time exception. We hope that you'll love our service so much that you do decide to continue the monthly service. Please call 818.836.6022
Which areas are you servicing?
We are currently servicing most of the San Fernando Valley cities. Please check our sign up page to see if your area is covered. If no please click this link to fill out a request for service form and we'll keep you updated when we move to your area. We are expanding very quickly.
When is payment due?
You Will be billed prior to your first service every month after that.
When will we take the trash bins out?
Depending on your trash day and service requested we will take your bins out the day before and bring them back in to your home on trash day.
What if my gardener already takes my trash out for me?
This is why we provide One-Way & Roundtrip services.
Do I have to be home for you to provide your services?
No! This is not a requirement. However, you do need to email or call us to discuss different solutions to gain access to your bins.
Do I need to leave my gate unlocked?
No, if you choose to leave your gate locked, please contact us at 818.836.6022 to discuss options. You can always leave your gate open the day prior and the day of by 10:00 am.
Are you insured & Bonded?
Yes we sure are. Not that you'll need it but it's always nice to know that you have that peace & mind.
Do you provide services on holidays?
If your trash bin is being picked you can expect us to be there, including all holidays.
